Princess Lexi

Off the charts

Alexis had her ONE year appointment today! She weighs 23 pounds (80th %) and is 32 inches long ( OFF THE CHARTS ) at 9 months old she was in the 97th % now she is >97%! She is such a big girl - she is wearing 18 and 24 month clothing now.

Hola!

I love this picture of Lexi. I have some recent ones I want to post but we are having some major computer issues that we hoped to get fixed this week!

We had a great time this past week, Lexi met her abuelo, Rosa, Rosita & Jose! They came in from San Antonio to spend a week with the family. We showed them around Nashville, Opryland Hotel, had a picnic at the lake, then spent some time in McKenzie. Lexi just loved all the attention.

Update on what Alexis is doing now.... she has one tooth and one making its way through - she is actually handling it really well. She has been crawling for about a month now - as soon as she figured out how to crawl she was climbing stairs and pulling up on anything she could find. She is walking from one end of the couch to the other. She talks all the time da da da and most recently we think she said HOLA :) She loves fruit, I have the cutest picture of her eating a strawberry!

Mother's Day Weekend

Alexis is officially mobile. It really seemed to happen over night. Last week she took 3 crawls forward - we were so excited. The next night she is all over the house! She is into everything!

This past weekend we celebrated mothers day with my mom at one of her favorite restuarant Puffy Muffin in Brentwood. It was nice to celebrate with mom.

Sunday we visited with Eddie's family each year the guys grill out for the moms. It was a beautiful day! Lexi loved spending time with her cousins. She was pushed around in the stroller, walked around with her cousins - it was non-stop but she loves every minute. Poor baby girl was so worn out by time we headed home but I have to say she really is a trooper.
